Godzilla

The first Godzilla monster film was in 1954. Since then, there have been 28 films, plus novels, video games, comics and TV series. Godzilla was created as a metaphor for nuclear weapons. In the new film, he is radioactive monster who wants to destroy society. Even at 70 years old, Godzilla is still terrifying!

Batman's Birthday

Batman is 75 this month!
He first appeared in Detective Comics in May 1939. A Batman comic from that year now costs one million dollars to buy!

Rolling Stones Anniversary

Rock legends the Rolling Stones have a big anniversary to celebrate: their debut album was released 50 years ago. No other rock band from the 1960s has such a long, successfuland energetic career.

Long Limo

You are looking at the world's longest car? It is a limousine with 26 wheels and has two driver's compartments-one at each end. It's a very luxurious with a Jacuzzi, a sun deck, a swimming pool,...The only problem is that is illegal to drive this car...it's only used for exhibitions and films!

Next Films Summary

Many people saw the first part of the film The Hobbit last year and now, they are waiting for the second part.
The film is going to be in the screen on the 13th of December in Catalonia. The most especial thing of that film are the visual effects and the quality of the cameras. The film will be in 3D too.
We only know that in this time, it will be apear the dragon...!

Another new film of this year is the second part of the viking god Thor. After the succes of Thor and The Advengers now it's coming Thor: The Dark Worlds. In this time, Thor is going (like all the superheroes) to save the world fighting with evil creatures. Thor will have to resolve the relationship problems with Jane Foster.

I thing that the films that are coming will be all preety good!

Jurassic Park

20 years ago, a lot of people wanted to see the dinosaur film: Jurassic Park. It was one of the bests film's for that moment and they won an Oscar for the Bests Visual Effects.
To celebrate his 20th birthday it's back now in 3D! I can't wait for see it!

75th Birthday of Superman

This month a lot of people celebrate the 75th birthday of the comic Superman.

Superman is from the planet Krypton but when he was little, his father put him in a spaceship and a farmer's family from Kansas found him and they took it. 

When he was old, he discover that he had powers and he saved the earth fighting with different evil persons.

Superman became the best superhero created and his comics and films were the most selled. 

Die Toten Hosen

Another punk rock band, but this time German. Die Toten Hosen started play in Düsseldorf in 1982. The band started with Campino (singer), Andreas Meurer (bass), Michael Breitkopf and Andreas von Holst (guitar) and Vom Ritchie (drums). Their first album was was very well received. And then the album Ein kleines bisschen Horrorschau with the song Hier Kommt Alex, trionfed.
For me, an exelend punk band.

AC/DC

Do you know AC/DC? Let's know it a little bit! AC/DC started in Sydney, with the Scottish brothers Malcom and Angus Young. Later, the singer Bon Scott jonied with him, the bass player Cliff Williams and the drumer Phil Rudd too. Then started the best era of AC/DC. With the album Highway to Hell they devastated, they sold millions of copies. The album Back in Black became the most sold through England. AC/DC, a brilliant hard rock band.

Iron Maiden

Hey fans of heavy metal! Or..hey Iron Maiden fans! They start play at 1975 and they made about 15 albums, for me, the best album is 'The Number of the Beast' or 'Piece of Mind'. The band is formed by Bruce Dickinson, you only have to see his curriculum for deduce that they are incredible, they are 3 exelent guitars players Dave Murray, Adrian Smith and Janick Gers. And a great bass player Steve Harris and the drummer Nicko McBrain. Listen to that song:

Green Day

Do you like punk rock? Well here is an American punk band Green Day! They started to play in 1987 but still now are famous! They are only three: Bille Joe Amstrong (voice, guitar) Mike Dirnt (bass) and Tré Cool (drums). Now they make a new album called Awesome and there are the hits of the band, there are some songs recorded in the Green Day world tour in 2009 and 2010.

Aerosmith

Aerosmith are one of the best hard rock music groups in the world. The american band have sold more than 150 milion! One of the best songs of Aerosmith are "Janie's Got a Gun", "Livin' on the edge", "Crazy" y "Pink" Aerosmith started playing 1970 until now. Now they make a new album called 'Music from another dimension' that it's gonna be a successs!

Guns n Roses

Guns n Roses is an American Rock, Heavy group. They started to play in 1985 and now they are playing too.
The best album that they do it was Apettite of Destrucion and they triunfed with it!  
The group was headed by Axl Rose, a fabulous singer who was the creator of the group. Was then known as the magnificent guitarist Slash. Some people (myself included) that says it is of the greatest guitarists in history. Now many of them are in different bands, but Guns n Roses still keep playing!
